The parents of a U.S. soldier who died from rabies after being bitten by a dog in Afghanistan are accusing the Army of “criminal negligence” in his death, the Army Times reported Wednesday.

Chicago, IL - Back on February 7, two men from Iowa were arrested after police discovered 43 dogs crammed into cages inside of their vehicle. According to CBS Chicago, though the judge called the case almost a "clear-cut case of animal cruelty" the men, Travis Wester, 22, and Larry Subject, 49, will be able to get the dogs back.
